What is the Best Time to Study? Day vs Night?

We often think about this question, discuss about this. We even debate about it, what’s the best time to study. Should I study in early morning or during time or at night.

When, when, when?

So, let’s try to find that out.

There are always loyal advocates for each side, who will speak about the benefits of their preferred study time and method. And according to them that is the best and they even try to convince others to follow their ways without realizing that each person is different in a way or other. There is no science behind it. Some people who get better results by studying in early morning some during day time and some are find night as the best time to study.

4 benefits of studying during day time:

  1. After having a good night sleep, you are likely to wake with extra load of energy and a good concentration power.
  2. Natural light is better for your eyes. And the fresh air makes you feel fresh all day long.
  3. When you get up in morning on a new day, you consider it as a new start, a new opportunity, a new hope.
  4. Most people are contactable during the day so it’s easier to communicate with your friends or teachers during the day if you have any questions.

4 benefits of studying during night time:

  1. Night time is the most peaceful time. According to natures cycle, everyone tends to sleep during night, hence giving you an environment full of silence and tranquillity.
  2. In case you live near a night time library, you will notice that the library is near deserted when you want to study late.
  3. Nights are distraction less. Most of your friends are asleep and your social networks will be less active.
  4. It is true that things look different by night. The night can increase your creative efficacy and help you see concepts differently.

There can be more factors making every time a better option then other. But what’s important is that you should know yourself and your studying method. You should be seeing what makes you most comfortable and gives the best results.

All the best!!

Happy study. ðŸ˜Š
